Running on fumes

Lately I've been working out quite a bit. Well, for several months, really.. but especially recently. I've lost about 20 lbs and feel a lot better. I can't wait to get the rest off! I've certainly been toning up and people have been noticing. With a bit of urging, I was even able to get a client to say that my butt was "microscopic." HAH! My cardio abilities have improved dramatically. Basically, shortness of breath is not even an issue anymore unless I'm on and all out sprint. The main issue that I confront is a buildup of lactic acid in the muscles or soreness on my left side anywhere from my hip to my toes. I truly believe my left leg is longer. With any luck, this is the case and it can be easily resolved. It's all about money, time, and effort. That's all that separates me from the academy. Yes, sir!
