FORDS, N.J.-Services were held here last week for Anne-Margaret Mannion, administrative assistant for HFN, who died on Dec. 4 following a brief illness.

Mannion, 25, had been with HFN for two years and with parent company Fairchild Publications for three years. At HFN, she was responsible for managing the New York office, as well as several editorial features, including the trade show calendar of events. She also helped coordinate the handling of the hundreds of samples and products HFN receives every year.

"Anne was a terrific person to work with and her upbeat enthusiasm for her job set the tone for our entire staff," said Warren Shoulberg, HFN editor in chief. "She was incredibly organized, was doing more and more writing for us, and always had a smile on her face. We miss her."

She is survived by her mother, Eileen Mannion.
